If a problem arises you will have peace of mind knowing that we are only a phone call or email away.

Elan Networks will advise and design the maintenance cover best suited to your company's requirements.

Limited contracts are the ideal solution for companies who feel a full service agreement is not suited to their requirements. The Limited contract gives you the peace of mind that in the event of a Network problem or breakdown you have the reassurance that help is at hand. Aside from the sample
agreements listed below, Elan Networks are also able to tailor make maintenance agreements to your specific needs.


Silver Limited


Cover of hardware/Software listed at the time of the agreement.

Over the phone technical support. Guarantees a call-out response time
of 4hrs/next.

Suitable loan equipment available if any equipment is to be removed from site.

Initial call-out fee + 1st 30 minutes labour time.

Maximum of 6 call-outs/year

Gold Limited


Cover of hardware/Software listed at the time of the agreement.

Over the phone technical support. Guarantees a call-out response
time of 8hrs/next.

Suitable loan equipment available if any equipment is to be removed from site.

Initial call-out fee + 1st 30 minutes labour time.

Maximum of 12 call outs/year

Platinum Limited


Cover of hardware/Software listed at the time of the agreement.

Over the phone technical support. Guarantees a call-out response time
of 4hrs/next.

Suitable loan equipment available if any equipment is to be removed
from site.

Initial call-out fee + 1st 30 minutes labour time.

Maximum of 12call-outs/year
